    Q: Could you share your career journey and what inspired you to venture into real estate?
    A: I started my professional life at the age of 19, buying a pizza delivery franchise that, three years later, bankrupted me. I lost everything—my business, my home, my confidence. That failure became the turning point that pushed me into real estate. At 22, I began with nothing but determination and an obsession to learn how to serve clients at the highest level. Within a few short years, I built one of the top producing real estate teams in North America, selling over 500 homes a year. That journey taught me that systems beat talent every time—and that’s been the foundation of everything I’ve done since.

    Q: What motivated you to establish Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty, and how has your role evolved?
    A: I created Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty to solve the biggest problem in the industry: most agents work extremely hard but never build a real business. They own a job, not an asset. Our model gives them a proven plan, the systems, and the culture to build a multi-million-dollar, sellable company. My role has evolved from producer to builder—to helping other entrepreneurs duplicate success and enjoy the freedom that comes from working on their business instead of in it.

    Q: How would you describe the mission and vision behind Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty?
    A: Our mission is summed up in three words: Go Serve Big®. We exist to positively impact people’s lives through second-mile service, innovation, and generosity. Our vision is to help 1,000 broker owners and 20,000 agents build highly profitable, system-based businesses that give them freedom, wealth, and the ability to make a lasting difference.

    Q: What core values guide your approach when working with clients and your team?
    A: Service, integrity, growth and results. We believe business is a vehicle to serve others—clients, team members, and communities. We do what we say we’ll do, and we never stop improving. Every transaction is an opportunity to live our Go Serve Big® values.

    Q: How do you ensure that your work reflects both innovation and trust in the market?
    A: Trust is earned through transparency and performance. We lead with Three Big Guarantees—Guaranteed Multiple Cash Offers Upfront, 100% of Market Value or We’ll Pay You the Difference and if Your Home Doesn’t Sell, We’ll Buy It. Innovation comes from never accepting “this is how it’s always been.” We constantly question the status quo and integrate technology inside proven systems to create freedom and predictability for our brokers, agents and clients.

    Q: As CEO, what are your key responsibilities in driving growth and excellence?
    A: My focus is building and protecting the ecosystem—our systems, culture, and people. I spend my time developing leaders, innovating new tools, and ensuring every process aligns with our mission. Growth happens naturally when excellence is built into the system.

    Q: What strategies have you found most effective in leading your team and ensuring client satisfaction?
    A: We train our leaders to lead by model, mentor, and multiply. We combine proven marketing systems with servant leadership. Every agent and staff member knows we exist to serve, not sell. When you lead with purpose, results follow.

    Q: Can you share a milestone you’re especially proud of?
    A: Watching broker owners we’ve trained go from burnout to freedom— most earning seven figures in profit while taking family vacations for the first time in years. That transformation proves our system works, and that impact is what drives us.

    1. Industry Insights

    Q: What trends do you see shaping the future of real estate?
    A: The industry is shifting toward platform-based brokerage models—where agents plug into systems that provide predictable leads, marketing, and conversion. AI, automation, and data transparency will reshape how clients expect to be served. The future belongs to those who combine high-tech with high-trust.

    Q: How do you stay ahead of changing markets and client expectations?
    A: By measuring everything. We run on KPIs and dashboards. When data reveals a shift, we pivot fast. We also listen closely to clients and our agents—the best innovations come from the front line.

    Q: What challenges have you faced and how did you overcome them?
    A: Early on, I tried to do everything myself. The breakthrough came when I stopped being the “super agent” and started building a system that could win without me. That’s when the business became scalable, profitable, and truly free.  Of course this only works with a proven financial model – which we have proven is our super power.  We simply out earn just about every other agent/broker on a transaction.

    Q: Could you share a success story where your work made a meaningful impact?
    A: More than one brokerage in our network was stuck at $30 million in annual volume with the owner still in production. After implementing our model, they grew to $120 million, 6X’d profit, and the owner stepped completely out of sales. That’s what we mean by Built to Sell.

    Q: How do you measure success?
    A: We track income, impact, and integrity. Income measures effectiveness. Impact is lives changed—clients, team members, and the community. Integrity means we achieve both while serving generously.

    Q: What does leadership mean to you?
    A: Leadership means building people, not just businesses. My job is to equip others with the mindset, systems, and confidence to succeed far beyond me.

    Q: How do you stay motivated and continue to grow?
    A: I stay motivated by seeing lives changed—brokers and agents who go from struggling to thriving, families who gain freedom, communities that benefit from our giving. Personally, I’m fueled by daily learning and surrounding myself with people who think bigger.

    Q: Is there a personal philosophy or quote that inspires you?
    A: Two guiding ideas: “Systems beat talent every time” and “Don’t just build a business—build people.” Those keep me grounded in process and purpose.

    1. Future Outlook

    Q: What are your upcoming goals or projects for YHSGR?
    A: We’re expanding across North America, scaling our Built to Sell leadership curriculum, and integrating new tech tools that enhance the client and agent experience. We’re also growing our Go Serve Big® Foundation to increase charitable giving per transaction.

    Q: Where do you see your company in the next five to ten years?
    A: Our vision is 1,000 broker owners, 20,000 agents, and the highest client-satisfaction scores in the industry. We want to be known not just for sales, but for impact—both financial and social.

    Q: What advice would you give to aspiring entrepreneurs or real estate professionals?
    A: Think bigger. Don’t chase transactions—build systems, build people, and build a purpose. Never let fear or tradition dictate your business. And always remember: the secret to living is giving. Serve first, and success will follow.
